People ten to gravitate towards whatever produces an experience of

love.  They are drawn in that direction and often get stuck there.

They form a attachment and this continues to suck them in.  I was

never attracted towards anyone or anything in this way.  And I have

always rejected the kind of love that some people offer after

conferring some status or title.

I don't think I have ever run after anyone's love - not even at the

point of my greatest spiritual search.  I never expected it from my

father, my mother, my husband, my guru, or my friends; from

anyone.  I always did have, however, a very deep desire to

experience the love of God.

People started prayer and worship in the hope of receiving

something from God; they had a pull, or desire, to experience the

love of God.
