Eternal happiness comes when the mind and the senses have become

quiet and peaceful, In that state, there is spiritual power: we are

performing actions, but free from desires and free from attachment to

what we do,  Such happiness finishes any sorrow that may come to me.

If anybody comes to me now with unhappiness, I am able to remove it

so that the whole atmosphere around me becomes one of great peace.

Yes, of course, this has taken time, but it has definitely happened.

Eternal happiness means the happiness that stays with me forever, so

that even if it feels as if it is running out I only need to reawaken the

memory of it. Before I began these studies, I had reached a point in my

life where happiness had disappeared, and I was filled with the desire to

re-awaken it. And now today, that is where I am drawn to again and

again; into that experience of eternal happiness.
