Co-operation is based on four specific things.

First of all, constant pure feelings and elevated motives. If you aren't

careful about cultivating the right kind of feelings in every moment,

your nature will suffer.

Secondly, faith in God. Ego is cultivated when you don't understand that

it is God who is doing everything. This ego creates competition

and jealousy

Thirdly, trust your colleagues and those who are close. This faith in

others creates enthusiasm, which further serves

to increase self-confidence.

Finally, communicate your motives constantly, using easy and simple

language. This makes it possible for everyone to understand,

and feel a part of the whole.
